Την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα σας φέραμε τις τελευταίες φήμες για το επερχόμενο update που πρόκειται να υποστούν οι πλατφόρμες της Microsoft. Τώρα ερχόμαστε να επιβεβαιώσουμε τις φήμες αυτές αφού για πρώτη φορά εμφανίστηκε το όνομα “Blue” σε αγγελίες εργασίας της εταιρίας επιβεβαιώνοντας εν μέρει την αναβάθμιση.
Τα Blue είναι η αναβάθμιση με την οποία, η εταιρία θα αλλάξει τον κύκλο αναβαθμίσεων των Windows από τα 3+ έτη σε ετήσιο. Παράλληλα, η Microsoft, θα αλλάξει και την τιμολογιακή πολιτική της, προσφέροντας τα update σε χαμηλότερες τιμές ή και δωρεάν, φέρνοντας, με αυτό τον τρόπο, το μοντέλο λειτουργίας της πιο κοντά σε αυτό της Apple.
Στην πρώτη αγγελία υπάρχουν αναφορές ότι με αυτό το update θα δώσουν έμφαση στο UI και την αίσθηση που θα έχει ο χρήστης όταν χρησιμοποιεί μια συσκευή με Windows.

Η δεύτερη αγγελία επιβεβαιώνει τις τελευτές φήμες, που υποστήριζαν ότι το update θα έρθει σε όλες τις πλατφόρμες, αφού ζητούν κάποιον developer στον τομέα του Office, που θα αναλάβει να βελτιώσει την εμφάνιση και τη λειτουργικότητα του Excel στα Windows Phone.

In partnership with the Excel MX, Data Visualization and Excel Web Services team your team will be responsible to develop a common code enabling us to build a mobile app which will (1) allow users to have a consistent experience with spreadsheets across Web, Slate and Phone end while leveraging the power of the cloud (Excel Web Services, Office Client Services, SkyDrive and O365).”
Το μόνο που μένει τώρα είναι να μάθουμε τι νέα στοιχεία θα περιέχουν τα Blue για κάθε πλατφόρμα, και πότε θα είναι διαθέσιμα για τις συσκευές μας!!
